Accountant – Financial Reporting & Management Accounts

About the role
We are looking for a financial accountant with at least three years of experience to join our high‑performing, entrepreneurial team in Cape Town. You will play a key role in preparing management accounts, financial reporting and supporting audit processes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
- Process transactions, journals and perform account reconciliations.
- Manage bank, creditor and debtor reconciliations.
- Handle tenant queries, rental billing and operating costs.
- Draft Annual Financial Statements and support audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with CIPC, VAT, PAYE and Income Tax requirements.
Required profile
- BCom/BCompt Accounting degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience.
What we offer
- Salary range: R420,000 – R504,000 per year.
- Full‑time employment.
