Account Representative

About the role

The Account Representative will serve as the primary business liaison between Transpharm and its customers, including wholesalers, within an assigned territory. By analysing supplied raw data, the role identifies sales and service opportunities, drives new customer acquisition, retains existing accounts, and works to increase order volume.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between Transpharm and new or existing customers.
• Analyse raw customer data to understand market composition and uncover sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute short‑term tactical initiatives tailored to each customer.
• Track performance metrics such as new acquisitions, retention rates, order frequency, and spend growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams on ordering, delivery, and account management processes.
• Identify customer barriers and communicate them effectively to relevant departments.
• Continuously review data to assess current processes and propose improvements.
