About the role

The 12‑month Graduate Programme at Megapro offers recent graduates the chance to gain practical experience in sports marketing and commercial operations within a leading agency. Participants will rotate across event planning, research, marketing campaigns and business support, working closely with senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of events
• Conduct market, industry and sponsorship research
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and reports
• Support marketing campaigns and content creation
• Assist with general project coordination and day‑to‑day business activities
• Collaborate with different teams and divisions across the business
• Provide administrative and operational support where required

Required profile

• South African citizen
• Graduating at the end of 2026
• Qualification in Marketing, Sports Management, Business or a related field
• Strong interest in sport and the business of sport
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced environment
• Strong research, analytical and problem‑solving skills
