About the role

Schneider Electric is offering a 12‑month Learnership Programme in Gauteng, South Africa. The programme provides recent graduates with hands‑on experience in a global industrial‑technology business, helping them develop practical skills and professional confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day business activities and coordinate projects within the assigned business unit.
• Assist in preparing business documents, reports, presentations and proposals.
• Gain exposure to business operations, systems, processes and customer requirements.
• Participate in team projects that drive operational improvement and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Completed or completing a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Safety Management or Information Technology.
• Recent graduate (2026) or graduating within the next six months.
• Minimum academic average of 65%.
• Eager to learn, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to take ownership of work.
• Effective communicator who works well with diverse teams.
