Remote ABA Recruiter (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive ABA Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) professionals. This full‑time, remote position works US Eastern Standard Time hours and supports our growing team of therapists, BCBAs, and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for ABA therapists, BCBAs, and support staff.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking system data and candidate pipelines.
• Build relationships with universities, training programs, and professional networks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring trends.
• Support onboarding processes as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or ABA services.
• Familiarity with ABA roles such as RBTs, BCBAs, and BCaBAs.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
