About the role
HaysMac is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join its L&D function. You will support the coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and professional development activities across the firm, working closely with partners, managers and external training providers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate course enrolment, attendance tracking and completion records, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Act as the primary contact for external training providers, handling logistics, scheduling and invoicing.
- Maintain and update content within learning systems and digital platforms.
- Assist in planning, scheduling and delivering internal and external learning interventions.
- Support the design, delivery and enhancement of learning programmes and development pathways.
- Contribute to firm‑wide induction and onboarding programmes.
- Ensure learning documentation, guidance materials and records are up‑to‑date and compliant.
- Deliver skills and professional development sessions both virtually and in‑person.
- Collaborate with the People team to provide a consistent, high‑quality L&D service.
- Maintain the L&D calendar and support forward planning.
Required profile
- Strong organisational capability with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive mindset and curiosity to continuously improve learning processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, working effectively with partners, managers and external providers.
