Learning & Development Advisor

About the role

HaysMac is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join its L&D function. You will support the coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and professional development activities across the firm, working closely with partners, managers and external training providers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate course enrolment, attendance tracking and completion records, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Act as the primary contact for external training providers, handling logistics, scheduling and invoicing.
• Maintain and update content within learning systems and digital platforms.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and delivering internal and external learning interventions.
• Support the design, delivery and enhancement of learning programmes and development pathways.
• Contribute to firm‑wide induction and onboarding programmes.
• Ensure learning documentation, guidance materials and records are up‑to‑date and compliant.
• Deliver skills and professional development sessions both virtually and in‑person.
• Collaborate with the People team to provide a consistent, high‑quality L&D service.
• Maintain the L&D calendar and support forward planning.
