About the role
The Human Capital Associate will partner with line managers to deliver effective HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This role ensures alignment with company policies, labour legislation, and supports talent acquisition, performance management, and data integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide recruitment support to line management and create/place virtual assistants for job openings.
- Assist in developing and maintaining up‑to‑date job profiles centrally.
- Support HC consultants in implementing human capital programmes.
- Help line managers with performance management and talent retention strategies.
- Ensure adherence to reporting deadlines and governance, compliance, safety, health, and environment standards.
- Deliver generic human capital services and maintain HR data integrity.
- Prepare standard management reports on human capital metrics.
Required profile
- HR diploma.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Basic understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with HR administration processes.
Required skills
- Preferable knowledge of SAP HR system.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
