Group Financial Controller: Consolidation

About the role

The Group Financial Controller – Consolidation is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely consolidation of the Group’s financial information. The role coordinates inputs from multiple business units, guarantees compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies, and supports the preparation of high‑quality financial reports for management, shareholders, and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate financial data from all business units.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies throughout the consolidation process.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and reports for management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain and improve consolidation systems and procedures.
• Support audit readiness by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Contribute to strategic financial planning through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve consolidation issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in group financial consolidation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple business units.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
