Finance Manager

About the role

Hello Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and compliance functions. You will work closely with senior leadership to turn financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and present them to senior management.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and create dashboards for decision‑making.
• Conduct detailed analysis of large data sets using advanced Excel techniques such as pivot tables and data modelling.
• Assist in the preparation, consolidation and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key deviations and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting foundation and advanced analytical capability.
• Experience working with large financial data sets.
• Proactive attitude toward improving financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data modelling, complex formulas).
