About the role
Join TFG’s fast‑moving procurement team as an Administrative Intern focused on Store Development. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting sourcing activities, supplier management and day‑to‑day administrative tasks in a dynamic, results‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with procurement‑related tasks, including issuing RFQs/RFPs and evaluating supplier quotations.
- Conduct market research to support sourcing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and supplier relationship documentation.
- Support inventory management and control processes.
- Perform general administrative duties as required by the procurement team.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptable, able to thrive under pressure and respond well to change.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
