About the role
Our client in Vaalwater is seeking a reliable Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to support daily office operations and provide general HR assistance. The role is essential for maintaining smooth administrative processes and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and administer all administrative matters across the office.
- Perform general HR administration tasks on a daily basis.
- Assist with stock‑take activities for diesel and chemicals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized.
Required profile
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in office administration.
- Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Evolution (Pastel Evolution) software proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Pastel accounting system knowledge.
