White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 while working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily.
• Perform 5 hours of research and candidate outreach each day.
• Participate in 1 hour of training and internal meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of lawyer candidates and client accounts.
• Achieve billing targets and contribute to team revenue.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Previous experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably legal.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
• Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule.

Required skills

• Base salary of 35,000–40,000 ZAR per month.
