Recruiter – High-Energy Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

TalentDome is seeking a high‑energy Recruiter to drive its talent pipeline. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates across multiple markets while working within a dynamic shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn and other digital tools.
• Conduct outbound outreach, including direct messaging and high‑volume phone dialing to screen prospects.
• Maintain and organize candidate data across Gmail, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Generate client leads and create outreach templates for client engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Meet weekly quotas for outbound calls and emails.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence on the phone and ability to handle cold calls and rejection.
• High adaptability and strong time‑management to navigate shifting time‑zone schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree.
