About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 while working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

Conduct approximately 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily.
Perform 5 hours of research and candidate outreach each day.
Participate in 1 hour of training and internal meetings.
Manage a pipeline of lawyer candidates and client accounts.
Achieve billing targets and contribute to team revenue.

Required profile

High level of drive and self‑motivation.
Previous experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably legal.
Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule.

Required skills

Base salary of 35,000–40,000 ZAR per month.
10% commission on placements between $25k and $100k.
