About the role
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is the eighth‑largest Coca‑Cola authorised bottler worldwide and the largest in Africa, operating in 14 countries with over 14 000 employees. The Country Lead: Culture & Organisation Development will join the People & Culture team to shape and implement culture and organisational development strategies that enhance employee experience, strengthen engagement and build a high‑performing, future‑ready organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop culture strategies that align with CCBA’s regional objectives.
- Deliver organisational development programmes to improve employee experience.
- Strengthen employee engagement across the country operation.
- Build capabilities for a high‑performing, future‑ready workforce.
- Collaborate with People & Culture partners to embed cultural initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leading culture and organisational development initiatives.
- Ability to design and deliver programmes that enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Strong understanding of building high‑performing organisations.
