About the role
The Group Talent Management Co‑ordinator provides operational, administrative and coordination support to the Group Talent Management function, ensuring consistent delivery of talent processes across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate talent management processes including performance management, succession planning and graduate/early‑career programmes.
- Administer HR and talent systems, maintain accurate talent data and produce regular reports for governance and decision‑making.
- Support the execution of leadership development initiatives and talent analytics activities.
- Ensure documentation control, compliance with governance standards and effective stakeholder communication.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in HR coordination, talent management administration and learning operations.
- Proven track record supporting performance management, succession planning and graduate talent programmes.
- Strong ability to manage data, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- HR/talent systems administration (e.g., talent management platforms).
- Data reporting and presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint).
