About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Executive Assistant / Operations Administrator to support daily e‑commerce operations and provide high‑level administrative assistance to our founder, Lisa. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and the chance to streamline processes for a growing online store.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily web store orders, especially the 8 am batch, aiming for same‑day fulfillment.
- Perform general admin and operations support, including data entry and order processing.
- Reorganize and clean up Google Drive files and folders, and handle other operational clean‑up projects.
- Communicate with customers via email regarding out‑of‑stock items and, over time, make outbound calls to resolve order issues.
- Collaborate with shop staff for phone calls when accent considerations arise.
Required profile
- Very strong attention to detail.
- High independence and self‑sufficiency with minimal hand‑holding.
- Proven ability to execute repetitive, tedious tasks consistently and accurately.
- Strong written and spoken English suitable for US customers.
- At least ~2 years of relevant experience in admin, operations, or order processing.
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace, especially Google Drive.
Required skills
- Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Basic graphic design tools such as Canva (optional but a plus).
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (optional).
What we offer
- Full‑time remote role (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm Central Time).
- Salary range $1,000‑$1,500 per month.
- Flexibility for a few hours outside core overlap for focused tasks.
