TPM & Capability Specialist

About the role

The TPM & Capability Specialist will lead the execution and management of Heineken's Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program at the plant level. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, safety, quality and performance through training, capability development and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Implement TPM methodologies and capability development across the plant.
• Execute the Supply Chain TPM, technical training and capability strategy, including CAD and functional competencies.
• Prepare and communicate TPM and training execution plans to meet safety, food safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Manage loss databases, conduct loss‑reduction analyses and lead Kaizen improvement teams.
• Apply 5S, loss‑reduction principles and champion a zero‑loss culture on the shop floor.
• Lead supply‑chain reward, recognition and onboarding programs.
• Roll‑out digital tools for Connected Worker and Smart Brewery initiatives.
• Report TPM, training and POD KPIs accurately and timely.
• Facilitate cross‑pillar alignment, improvement activities and TPM fundamentals coaching.
• Govern the plant’s TPM project plan, data collection and performance reporting to leadership.
