StudentCare Consultant

About the role

The StudentCare Consultant is the primary point of contact for learners enrolled in our online courses. You will guide students from enrolment through graduation, keeping them motivated, helping them overcome obstacles, and ensuring they achieve their learning goals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student queries via phone and email as the first point of contact.
• Conduct virtual orientation webinars to onboard new learners.
• Schedule and carry out regular 1:1 check‑in calls to monitor progress.
• Troubleshoot platform access issues and coordinate escalations when needed.
• Prepare students for exams, offering motivation and reassurance.
• Handle complaints with empathy, liaising with internal teams for resolution.
• Complete administrative tasks aligned with individual and team KPIs.
• Champion a positive student experience to drive satisfaction and feedback.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑care or student‑support role within the online education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Genuine passion for helping others succeed.
• Commitment to personal professional growth.
