Senior Talent Recruiter – Fintech (International)

About the role

Optasia is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Recruiter with deep experience in hiring for fast‑growing international fintech businesses. The role will focus on building high‑quality talent pipelines across Africa, Asia and Europe while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and critical hires across technical, commercial and corporate functions in multiple geographies.
• Partner with business leaders to define role briefs, success profiles and sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build and execute proactive talent‑mapping and sourcing strategies, focusing on hard‑to‑fill roles in Africa, Asia and Europe.
• Use recruitment data to monitor funnel health, time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire metrics and recommend improvements.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation positioning and market dynamics.
• Champion inclusive, structured selection processes and support offer, onboarding and workforce planning activities.
• Represent Optasia’s employer brand in the market and create compelling candidate communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast‑growing international or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Experience building pipelines across Africa, Asia and Europe and using data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and continuous process improvement.
