Human Resources Manager

About the role

Spitz is seeking a commercially astute Human Resources Manager to join its Bryanston Head Office. The role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on operational HR support across retail stores, head office, and the distribution centre.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives across the retail network.
• Provide end‑to‑end HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Prepare and deliver accurate HR and statutory reports, analyse workforce trends and headcount data.
• Support payroll sign‑off processes and maintain HR administration controls.
• Deliver workforce analytics and insights to inform leadership discussions.

Required profile

• Resilient and highly adaptable HR professional with experience in fast‑moving retail environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance strategic and operational HR demands.
• Proven ability to build credible relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders.
