Scrum Master

About the role

The Scrum Master at agilebridge will act as the guardian of the Scrum team, ensuring that agile principles are applied consistently and that the team delivers high‑quality products on time. This role involves planning, tracking, reporting, and communicating sprint progress while removing impediments and supporting product owners.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach internal and external teams on agile practices and support product owners and project managers.
• Identify, track, and resolve team impediments and escalated delivery risks.
• Measure and report project performance using tools and metrics such as burn‑up and burn‑down charts.
• Prepare monthly tracking reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget through close collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Develop training material and provide guidance on Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Encourage the team to meet commitments and continuously improve through retrospectives and backlog refinement.

Required profile

• Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certification.
• Tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role within an agile development environment.
