Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are building the outbound motion for Fieldtrip, a unified agency platform that combines influencer marketing, performance creative, paid media, and SEO. As a Sales Development Representative, you will help create the foundation of our outbound pipeline from day one, working across multiple channels to generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Run structured, multi‑touch outbound cadences via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Target procurement stakeholders and introduce Fieldtrip before inbound interest.
• Drive outreach around webinars and events, inviting prospects and converting attendees into meetings.
• Build and manage general outbound sequences for target accounts.
• Qualify leads, book meetings for the AE team, and hand off with clear context.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for all outbound activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience running cold email, cold call, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to manage several outbound motions simultaneously.
• Hands‑on with sales engagement platforms.
• Strong written communication to engage senior marketing stakeholders.
• Self‑directed and comfortable shaping processes in a new function.
• Open to any timezone; role is not tied to North American hours.
