Delegate Sales Executive

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing B2B events company in the UK, is seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to attract senior business leaders to high‑impact events such as fine‑dining experiences, conferences and executive roundtables. The role is remote and focuses on driving registrations through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and engage key decision‑makers as potential attendees.
• Confirm attendance and register senior leaders for events.
• Research client interests to tailor invitations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless events for Fortune 500 participants.
• Represent the company at UK and international events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the attendee pipeline.
• Plan and organise personal diary, priorities and follow‑ups.
