Recruitment Consultant – Data Centre & Critical Infrastructure

About the role

We are expanding our Data Centre & Critical Infrastructure practice and need a delivery‑focused Recruitment Consultant to source talent for international roles with hyperscalers, colocation providers and OEMs.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals and market mapping.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, motivations and commercial alignment.
• Manage the full candidate journey from initial approach to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future positions.

Required profile

• Proven agency experience in candidate sourcing.
• Background in a technical or specialist market such as telecoms, engineering, construction, energy, M&E, semiconductors or industrial tech.
• Willingness to learn data‑centre specifics – no prior experience required.
