Org Designer - Senior Associate

About the role

As an Org Designer – Senior Associate you will build meaningful client relationships while helping organisations redesign their operating models, workforce structures and job architectures. You will work within a consulting environment, navigating complex situations and delivering high‑quality solutions that align with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business context and design future‑state operating models.
• Lead workforce planning, job architecture and organisational restructuring initiatives.
• Interpret data and analytics to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, building trust and facilitating change management activities.
• Uphold professional standards, firm code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant undergraduate degree (Business Management, HR, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development or related) and preferably a postgraduate qualification.
• 3–4 years of experience in management consulting, organisational design or related advisory roles.
• Proven experience delivering operating model design, workforce planning, job architecture or restructuring projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, reflect on performance and continuously develop professionally.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualisation and HR analytics tools.
• Familiarity with change‑management frameworks and methodologies.
