Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

The Perfume Co. Africa is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its team remotely. In this full‑time position you will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the company attracts diverse and qualified talent for its growing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of open positions.
• Create and publish compelling job postings on relevant platforms.
• Maintain and update the applicant database and track progress in the ATS.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer negotiations.
• Promote an inclusive hiring experience and support diversity initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, preferably in retail, fragrance or consumer goods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage candidates and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job board platforms.
