About the role
We are seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Port Elizabeth. In this role you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Service and grow existing client relationships.
- Source and secure new clients through business development activities.
- Take detailed job briefs from clients and translate them into candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, interview and assess candidates.
- Match candidates to client specifications and present professional CVs.
- Conduct reference checks and manage the offer process.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide marketing support and handle general administration tasks.
Required profile
- Target‑driven and results‑oriented.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Passionate about recruitment and business success.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own desk.
- Minimum Matric qualification.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to manage a 360 recruitment desk.
- Well‑presented with strong interpersonal skills.
