Procurement Specialist – Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Procurement Specialist to move procurement from transactional to strategic, creating value across the Group through smart sourcing, stronger supplier partnerships, spend consolidation and robust governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management, translating business needs into sourcing strategies, conducting RFx processes, market analysis and building a consolidated supplier base.
• Negotiate and finalise contracts, drive spend consolidation, rationalise suppliers and use total cost of ownership analysis to unlock savings.
• Strengthen procurement governance by drafting SOPs, policies and Delegation of Authority documents, and migrate spend to the P2P platform Fraxion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma, preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce or related fields.
• MCIPS qualification or active pursuit strongly preferred.
• 4–5 years’ experience in strategic sourcing or category management within a structured procurement function.
• Hands‑on exposure to commercial negotiation, SOP governance, supplier relationship management and multi‑entity spend analysis.
