PPM Analyst – Plant Finance & Asset Management

About the role

The PPM Analyst will manage fixed‑asset controls, inventory governance and tax compliance at plant level, ensuring adherence to financial policies, statutory requirements and internal controls while supporting the Plant PPM Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fixed‑asset reporting, capitalisation reviews, assets under construction and monthly WIP balances.
• Oversee inventory control, stock‑count compliance, engineering spares cycle‑counts, ageing reviews and write‑off approvals.
• Perform VIC performance analysis, prepare weekly VIC reports, reconcile utility usage, pricing and additive rates.
• Support plant financial reporting, tax compliance and value‑creation initiatives through business partnering.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls and ZBB cost monitoring, including follow‑up on overdue GRNs and goods receipts.

Required profile

• 3‑year university degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment, with product costing and SAP FI/CO exposure.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
