Pharmacy Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pharmacy Sales Assistant to support the daily operations of our in‑store pharmacy. The role involves greeting customers, maintaining a tidy retail environment, and helping shoppers find the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Monitor the sales floor to deter shoplifting and ensure safety.
• Arrange and replenish visual displays and product shelves.
• Process refunds, returns and transactions accurately.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate pharmacy or health‑care products.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Good observational skills to prevent loss.
• Clear communication and basic numeracy for handling transactions.

Required skills

• Basic point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
• Knowledge of pharmacy product range is advantageous.
