About the role
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support an executive in Umhlanga Rocks, providing high‑level administrative assistance and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role involves managing calendars, handling client communications, and assisting with office administration and event planning.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance industry.
- Reside in or near Umhlanga and willing to work additional hours, occasional Saturdays.
- Excellent telephone, professional English communication, and strong organisational abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Liberty Blueprint Online, Workbench / Advice Plus, Inn8, Stanlib, Signing Hub, QuicklySign, Liberty Learning University.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
- Diary and calendar management, office administration and event planning.
