Multi-Store Restaurant Manager (Pretoria)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Store Restaurant Manager to oversee four restaurant locations in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of restaurant operations, ensuring each outlet delivers exceptional service and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across four restaurant sites.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of staff members.
• Oversee inventory and stock control to minimise waste and optimise costs.
• Implement training programmes and maintain high standards of food safety and service.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and KPIs for each location.
• Maintain strong communication with senior leadership and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Demonstrated track record of long‑term employment and reliable references.
• Energetic, passionate, and able to thrive under pressure.
