About the role
HR Path Group is seeking a motivated Junior Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Consultant to fuel the growth of its client pipeline. This entry‑level position will act as the engine of sales outreach, focusing on identifying high‑potential prospects and securing introductory meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Research and map corporate prospects that match the ideal customer profile.
- Initiate outbound contact via cold calling, professional email, and LinkedIn networking.
- Deliver a concise value proposition to schedule introductory appointments.
- Maintain accurate prospect and outreach records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure smooth handoff of qualified meetings.
Required profile
- Resilient and proactive attitude, comfortable making phone calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with quick rapport building.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills for high‑volume outreach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.
Required skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking.
- Basic experience with CRM platforms or strong willingness to learn.
