Internal Rec2Rec Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Rec2Rec Consultant to drive our client’s internal recruitment strategy across UK and US offices. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top recruitment talent for a specialist construction and property recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather detailed role briefs and plan recruitment activities.
• Design and manage advertising campaigns to source high‑quality candidates.
• Proactively head‑hunt and conduct direct outreach to build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate and lead candidate interviews, assess cultural fit and suitability.
• Manage the offer process, references and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring journey.
• Support employer branding initiatives and produce recruitment reports and market insights.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to continuously improve hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in an agency or internal recruitment setting.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple vacancies.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Professional, confidential and diplomatic approach.
