Internal Marketing Manager – Citrus Procurement

About the role

Farm Manager SA, a leading exporter of fresh South African fruit, is looking for an Internal Marketing Manager focused on citrus procurement. Based in the Western Cape, you will support both local producer relationships and international trading activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with South African citrus growers, negotiating terms and securing volume.
• Drive international fruit trading and marketing efforts, expanding the client base and managing overseas relationships.
• Analyze export volumes, market trends, and risk factors to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and manage associated risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, providing clear communication and reporting.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years experience in global fresh fruit marketing/trading and local procurement within South Africa.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
• Proven negotiation skills with both local producers and international buyers.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and collaborative mindset.
