Inbound Sales Representative – Pooling Role

About the role
As an Inbound Sales Representative (Pooling), you will be the first point of contact for high‑volume inbound inquiries from U.S. prospects. Working remotely, you will qualify leads, nurture interest and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team, helping to drive top‑of‑funnel growth for Execo’s AI‑driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and digital inquiries.
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess buying intent and convert leads into qualified meetings.
- Follow up with warm leads via phone, email and LinkedIn to maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate interaction records in HubSpot.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of Execo’s AI offerings.
- Achieve targets for call handling, meetings booked and SQL generation.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, with a strong focus on inbound call handling.
- Proven ability to engage and convert B2B or B2C prospects in the U.S. market.
- Excellent phone presence, active listening and objection‑handling skills.
- Self‑motivated, accountable and comfortable working remotely in a collaborative team.
Required skills
- HubSpot CRM (or similar).
- Salesforce (SFDC) or comparable CRM platform.
- Dialer and booking tools such as Calendly.
