About the role
We are looking for a B2B Travel Consultant to join a leading luxury safari and tailor‑made Africa travel specialist in Cape Town. This full‑time permanent position is hybrid, with two days in the office and three days working from home, focusing on designing bespoke itineraries and managing relationships with travel agents and high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Convert B2B leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Build and nurture relationships with trade partners and key agent accounts.
- Create and present customised proposals and detailed itineraries for discerning travellers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to post‑travel follow‑up.
- Keep HubSpot CRM up‑to‑date with all client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with a Travel Concierge to ensure accurate availability checks and proposal preparation.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing and selling luxury travel experiences.
- Strong track record of converting high‑value enquiries into bookings.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with trade partners and key accounts.
- Highly organised, commercially minded and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to manage a busy pipeline and maintain accurate records.
