职位概况

负责HighClass事业部的咨询销售及新业务开发，提供Web营销方案、人才匹配及销售DX服务。

主要职责

面向中小企业提供Web营销咨询，解决集客难题。
运营Freelance人才匹配平台“HighClass”，对接年收入800万以上的自由职业者。
运营销售DX业务，包括“Keyman Letter”和“Keyman Call”。
使用Salesforce、LINE、Chatwork、Slack、Backlog等工具进行快速决策和沟通。

任职要求

具备咨询销售或新业务开发经验。
能够在快节奏环境中自我驱动，注重结果。
