职位概况
负责HighClass事业部的咨询销售及新业务开发，提供Web营销方案、人才匹配及销售DX服务。
主要职责
- 面向中小企业提供Web营销咨询，解决集客难题。
- 运营Freelance人才匹配平台“HighClass”，对接年收入800万以上的自由职业者。
- 运营销售DX业务，包括“Keyman Letter”和“Keyman Call”。
- 使用Salesforce、LINE、Chatwork、Slack、Backlog等工具进行快速决策和沟通。
任职要求
- 具备咨询销售或新业务开发经验。
- 能够在快节奏环境中自我驱动，注重结果。
- 认同公司“自责、裏付け、是々非々、真っ当、即！”的价值观。
必备技能
- Salesforce
