GenAI Trainer

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a passionate GenAI Trainer to deliver virtual, instructor‑led sessions on its proprietary generative AI tools. The role focuses on helping participants master the software, adopt new AI features, and integrate AI workflows into their daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, live training programs on GenAI technology for regional and market‑level audiences.
• Support onboarding for specific AI programs and facilitate change adoption across markets.
• Provide practical workflow coaching and follow‑up support to ensure participant competence.
• Maintain consistent global training standards and continuously improve training materials.
• Facilitate learning within online communities and assist with rollout of new AI features.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience delivering instructor‑led training, preferably on technology platforms.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering AI‑focused training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Enthusiasm for technology and artificial intelligence.

Required skills

• Experience with virtual instructor‑led training delivery.
• Knowledge of generative AI concepts and applications.
