Online English Teacher (Remote, Flexible Hours)

About the role

NativeCamp is seeking enthusiastic online English teachers to deliver 1:1 lessons to learners worldwide, primarily Japanese students. Work from any location with a flexible schedule and no need to prepare your own teaching materials.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 English classes of up to 26 minutes via the NativeCamp platform.
• Open your available time slots and teach whenever you choose.
• Maintain punctuality and a professional attitude during each session.
• Use the provided teaching materials and platform tools for lesson delivery.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency.
• Positive, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
• Preferably at least one year of experience teaching English as a foreign language.
• Quiet teaching environment with a plain background.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online teaching platforms.
• Ability to operate a laptop or desktop computer with webcam.
• Use of a headset with microphone for clear audio.
• Stable Wi‑Fi or wired internet connection.
