Financial Adviser – Witbank/Middelburg

About the role

Sanlam Life Ltd is seeking a Financial Adviser to serve clients in the Witbank and Middelburg areas. The role focuses on delivering professional financial advice, planning and product solutions while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide new and existing clients with tailored financial advice, planning and product sales.
• Generate sustainable business by meeting revenue targets and activity quotas.
• Network, prospect and generate leads through face‑to‑face interactions, social media and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive fact‑finding, financial needs analysis and present balanced portfolio solutions.
• Maintain ethical, courteous client service and ensure all interactions comply with regulatory disclosures.
• Document client interactions, update records and report on contacts, revenue and activity metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• Successful completion of the FAIS “Fit and Proper” regulatory examination.
• Registration with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for at least 24 months.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Tech‑savvy, action‑oriented and able to work independently.
