Finance & Insurance Manager – Automotive Dealership

About the role

The dealership in Mokopane is seeking a results‑driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the sale of finance and insurance products. You will combine financial expertise with strong sales skills to boost profitability while ensuring full compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically sell finance and insurance solutions, consistently surpassing targets.
• Maintain strict adherence to all legal and financial regulations.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, insurers, and internal teams.
• Provide tailored financial advice that matches each customer’s needs.
• Process applications efficiently and accurately for a seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to overall dealership profitability through proactive sales initiatives.

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate.
• NQF Level 4 in Retail or Short‑Term Insurance with at least 120 FAIS credits.
• 3‑4 years relevant experience, including supervisory duties (provide Date of First Appointment).
• Valid RE and NCA accreditations, up‑to‑date CPD hours, and completed COS training.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, and dealership operations.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
