About the role
The Educator – Haircare will develop and implement educational programs for Joico and Moroccanoil products, driving sales both in‑salon and out‑of‑salon across South Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute all education programs and roll‑out new products and marketing plans.
- Maintain and grow existing business while acquiring new accounts.
- Attend trade shows and training events to represent the brand.
- Support the sales team in achieving area plans and provide reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality of company data.
Required profile
- Matric Certificate.
- At least 3 years relevant experience.
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team player and self‑starter.
- Willingness to travel.
