About the role
Contributing to Dibber’s educational mission, you will help create a positive learning environment for children, parents and staff. You will act as a liaison between teachers, families and the centre, ensuring clear communication and a warm, supportive atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Represent Dibber professionally, maintaining transparent communication with teachers, parents and children.
- Uphold high competence and motivation, actively participating in ongoing development and goal follow‑up.
- Handle conflict resolution, address complaints and support organisational tasks in line with Dibber’s quality standards.
- Propose activities to improve kindergarten enrolment and enhance customer experience.
- Foster a service‑oriented mindset, elevating the experience for both parents and children.
- Engage in initiatives that promote a positive and thriving work atmosphere among colleagues.
- Ensure active participation of the kindergarten in the local community, contributing to its growth.
