Consultant – Operational Readiness & Ramp‑Up

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant to lead Operational Readiness and Ramp‑Up engagements for our clients in mining, energy and infrastructure. The role will guide projects from late‑stage delivery through stabilisation, ensuring technical and organisational preparedness for full operational capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead workstreams across Operational Readiness and Ramp‑Up engagements from late project phases through stabilisation.
• Develop and execute Operational Readiness strategies, readiness frameworks and integrated ramp‑up plans aligned to business milestones.
• Conduct readiness assessments and gap analyses covering people, capability, operating models, processes, governance and systems.
• Support design and implementation of target operating models, role clarity, workforce readiness plans and end‑to‑end business processes.
• Produce high‑quality client deliverables such as execution plans, dashboards and executive‑level presentations.
• Collaborate with operations, project and leadership teams to ensure smooth transition to business‑as‑usual.
• Assist business development activities including proposal development, client presentations and scope expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and facilitate workshops and decision‑making forums.

Required profile

• Management consulting background with strong delivery capability.
• Commercial acumen and experience in business development.
• Proven ability to work with senior client and internal teams.
• Experience in operational readiness, commissioning or ramp‑up projects within mining, energy or infrastructure sectors.
