About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Buying & Admin Clerk to support our retail operations. The role combines purchasing responsibilities with general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth supplier interactions and accurate inventory management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activities and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory turnover.
  • Assist with promotions and coordinate marketing initiatives.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate pricing records.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including cash‑ups, stationery ordering, and reporting.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on internal customer satisfaction.
