About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Assistant Business Support Administrator to join our Group Functions team. The role supports operational excellence by providing executive assistance, managing financial and vendor processes, and coordinating day‑to‑day IT operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative support across the Group Functions environment.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, stakeholder engagements and prepare related documentation.
- Manage local and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas and expense processing.
- Organise events, venue bookings and catering, ensuring smooth execution.
- Oversee office infrastructure, equipment procurement and stationery supplies.
- Maintain filing systems and handle confidential information.
- Support senior executives with report collation, presentation preparation, correspondence drafting and minute taking.
- Administer budgets, process supplier invoices and ensure timely sign‑off.
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires by procuring assets and arranging access.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Three‑year tertiary qualification in Business Administration or comparable experience.
- At least four years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
